A brief introduction to the electrostatic spraying process of galvanized pipe for recreation equipment

These are the processes in which we deal with metal accessories of the slide:

1.Raw material cutting and welding

2.Polish galvanized pipes and other metal accessories, remove the rust, smooth out the welding spots and other uneven 

3.Put the accessories into the shot blasting machine for sand treatment:remove grease and impurities from accessories surface

4.Check if there are any areas that have not been polished and flattened and polished again, fill the pores.

5.Use electrostatic spraying to evenly cover the plastic powder on the surface of the accessories

6.Bake in a high temperature oven, 210℃-220℃,melt the powder and form a uniform and sealed color coating on the surface of the metal accessories.
